The short version
- The website (kelpais.co.uk) sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
- The app (app.kelpais.co.uk) sets one cookie, to keep you signed in. It is strictly necessary, so it does not need your consent and there is no cookie banner.
- The app also remembers a few display choices and keeps a copy of recent races on your device so it works with a poor signal.
- We use no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking, on the website or in the app.

No cookies, no local storage and no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself, so your browser contacts no one else when you read it.

kelpais-graphql-v1, kelpais-session-v1, kelpais-images-v1 | Service worker caches. If you turn on push notifications, your browser also keeps a push subscription for the app. That is controlled by your browser's notification permission, not by a cookie, and is described in the privacy notice.

Payment pages
When you add a card or manage your subscription, you are sent to pages hosted by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe sets its own cookies on those pages, for security and fraud prevention, under its own policy at stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal. We do not control them.
Controlling cookies and storage
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block or delete the sign-in cookie you will be signed out and will not be able to sign in again until you allow it. Clearing site data also clears the choices and offline copies above.
If we ever add analytics or any cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this page before we do.
